These terms are an agreement between you and Macias Ventures LLC, doing business as Saucy With Ozzy ("we", "us"), which runs Shuffle Hero. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Who can use Shuffle Hero
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission, and only a parent or guardian can buy Pro.
Your account
Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your sign-in methods (your email, Google account or passkey) secure. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the account menu.
Dance safely
Shuffle Hero suggests routines; it doesn't teach technique or know your fitness level. Dancing is physical activity and carries a risk of injury. Warm up, practice in a safe space, know your limits, and check with a doctor if you have any health concerns. You use the routines at your own risk.
Free and Pro plans
- Free includes up to 10 new routines a day. We may change what's included in the free plan.
- Pro costs $4.99 a month or $39 a year (US dollars, plus any applicable taxes). It removes the daily limit and includes Pro features as we add them.
- Renewal: Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year, and we charge your payment method until you cancel.
- Cancelling: you can cancel at any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then doesn't renew.
- Refunds: payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If something has gone wrong, contact us; we're happy to look at it.
- Price changes: we'll tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, so you can cancel first if you choose.
Payments are processed by Stripe.
Using the app fairly
Please don't:
- get around the free plan's limits, or use scripts or bots to generate routines or access the app;
- copy, scrape or resell the app, its move library or its routine generator;
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the app or other people's accounts;
- use the app for anything illegal.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
What's yours and what's ours
The app, its design, code, move library and routine generator belong to us. Dance moves themselves belong to everyone: we don't claim ownership of any move or its name. You're free to practice, perform, teach and post videos of routines you make with Shuffle Hero, and to share routine links.
If we add features that let you post your own content, you'll keep ownership of it. You'll give us permission to store and show it in the app so the feature works.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Changes and availability
We're constantly improving Shuffle Hero, so features may change, and we may pause or stop parts of the service. If we discontinue Pro, we'll refund the unused part of any annual subscription. If we change these terms in a significant way, we'll tell you in the app or by email before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept the new terms.
Disclaimers
Shuffle Hero is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that routines will suit your ability.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for injury from dancing a routine. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and $50.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
